Bad Staffelstein / Germany, April 10, 2025 – IBC SOLAR, a leading full-service provider of solar energy solutions, is focusing on its own mounting systems at this year's Intersolar Europe. The company will be presenting its highlights from 7 to 9 May. These include the new IBC WallFix - a mounting system specially designed for industrial facades - and the further developed aerodynamic flat roof mounting system IBC AeroFix. This is now approved for solar modules up to a size of 3 m².
IBC WallFix - A system for every wall
The demand for facade solutions is growing continuously. In addition to safety, flexibility and cost efficiency are the main focus. With IBC WallFix, IBC SOLAR has now developed an in-house mounting system for its customers that optimally fulfils all installation requirements. IBC WallFix can be used in commercial and industrial buildings as well as in private homes. It can be used universally on a wide variety of wall types, such as brick, trapezoidal sheet metal, concrete and many other building materials.
The new facade system is also impressive in terms of appearance: the innovative insertion system ensures a harmonious and homogeneous appearance. In addition, IBC SOLAR offers customers an exclusive service and takes care of project-specific planning for the new IBC WallFix. Suitable modules approved by the building authorities are also available from the company.
IBC AeroFix - Safe and flexible even for large modules
For many years, installation companies have relied on the proven IBC SOLAR flat roof system IBC AeroFix. Now the system has been optimised once again and can also be used for larger solar modules of up to 3 m². Thanks to the flexible modular system, IBC AeroFix is particularly cost-effective and can withstand even the highest snow loads. The wide base rails ensure a minimum roof load. The integrated IBC AeroFix Latch fall protection offers extra safety during installation. Pre-assembled components also save installation companies valuable time during assembly.
Universal roof solutions - for every roof type
In addition to the innovations for facades and flat roofs, IBC SOLAR will be presenting its complete in-house mounting portfolio at the trade fair.
The IBC TopFix is the ideal solution for pitched roofs. It is particularly suitable for use on roofs with roof tiles, trapezoidal sheets, corrugated eternit and sheet metal seam covers. Pre-assembled parts save time, reduce installation costs and make installation particularly quick and easy.
The IBC AeroFlat is suitable for pitched commercial roofs. The roof-parallel, aerodynamic mounting system was specially designed for pitched bitumen and foil roofs and can be used up to a maximum roof pitch of 30 degrees and a roof height of up to 35 metres. Its wide base rails ensure even load distribution and high stability.
