We observe the law
Our Code of Conduct outlines all of the principles that we apply in our actions as a company. It serves as a guideline for our daily activities and shows our dedication to responsible management.

We also expect our business partners and immediate suppliers to be aware of human rights and their ecological and social responsibility. As such, adherence to ethical fundamental principles in accordance with our value system is of great importance to us. For this reason, our business partners are obliged to conform to ISO standards and follow our supplier code guidelines.
The human factor
At IBC SOLAR, we stand by and maintain our company values at all times. At the same time, adherence to all applicable laws and regulations is as important as the well-being of everyone. Therefore, our Executive Board carries overall responsibility for human rights and environmental consideration and adherence to ethical standards and compliance guidelines. With Stefan Horstmann (COO) as Human Rights Representative and Alexander Weiß as Compliance Representative, we ensure that our activity is consistent and sustainable for our employees and our customers. This is our promise.
Whistleblowing system / Complaints procedure
Together, we are committed to preventing and combatting behaviour which could be damaging to our company, our employees and our partners.
In order to ensure that everyone in the company acts legally and any violations are detected, a whistleblower system is available to our employees. In addition to violations relating to professional activities, human rights and environmental violations as well as infringements of obligations can also be reported anonymously in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

Supply Chain Due Diligence
IBC SOLAR is aware of its responsibility towards the respect of human rights and the prevention of any kind of violation of human rights within our company and along our supply chain. We ensure that there are relevant standards in working conditions and respectful interaction. The well-being of all concerned is of significant importance to us.
Furthermore, on the basis of our philosophy and our company values, we take the obligations arising from the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act very seriously. The size of our company means that we are not currently under the jurisdiction of the national law. We have, however, fulfilled the obligations voluntarily and have implemented the act proactively.
In addition, we act in a sustainable way and ensure that our portfolio comprises a wide range of products. As such, many products are "Made in Europe".
